Taken from the shoulder, slow-cook/casserole Lamb is basically foolproof. With loads of flavour and requiring minimal effort (just time really), the pasture raised meat cooks down to perfection. Choose your dice size and amount and job done!
Try it:
- Braised w/ cherry tomatoes, white beans and served w/ garlicky bread crumbs & aioli
- Curried w/ pumpkin & green beans and toasted almonds
- Simmered in a Morocan tagging w/ dates, parsnips & zucchini
