Lean and tender, a premium pork steak. With next to no fat, and portionable sizes, it is the perfect cut for the health conscious...and those that like delicious meats.
Note: there are approx 4-5 medallions to 500g
- Roasted in a mini wellington with puff pastry, mushrooms and prosciutto;
- Pan-fried in a dukkah crust, served with peach chutney;
- BBQ'd, with a maple syrup and fresh ginger glaze;
- Greek-style with feta cheese, kalamata olives and vine ripened tomatoes.
Sourced from Nerriga, Braidwood & Moruya, our pork is free range and pasture-raised. Happy, stress-free pigs forage and root amongst the trees and open pasture whilst having access to nutritionally balanced feed of grains, protein, minerals and kelp powder, (because pigs can’t live on grass alone…) This makes for beautifully delicious meats.
