Lean, tender strips of lamb, taken from the leg. It has great flavour, excellent cook-ability and works well marinated or plain. Can be used in everything from a super quick stir-fry or a stroganoff...even works threaded onto skewers. You will seriously wonder why it took you so long to join the L.A.M.B Strips Train.
