Is there anything more perfect to go with meat than fresh, locally sourced, beautifully flavoured garlic?
Answer: Nope.
Delicious Australian Garlic, sourced locally across the Shoalhaven, Far South Coast and a little from farmers in the Illawarra. Our garlic is grown under clear skies and fresh air, and enjoys hot sunny Summers and frosty Winters.
We are able to source a number of varieties including the beautiful hardneck Red/Purple crops, with their dusky skins and purple and white striations; the bulbs are excellent size and shape, with cloves of a brownish colour.
Also the traditional Printator (commonly known as Australian White). All strains have a beautiful aromatic flavour, all ready for use in your next dish.
Our farmers use permaculture principles and their sowing, weeding and harvesting is all done by hand, without the use of chemicals, pesticides or herbicides preferring green manure crops, compost and natural minerals for biological soil balancing.
