Locally sourced vegetables (capsicums and mushrooms) stuffed with mixture of premium mince, carrots, onions and parsley; topped with aged cheddar.

- Pre heat oven to 170 (160 fan forced), place on a baking tray. Roast for 35-40mins until vegetable is nicely roasted and mince is cooked through;
- Also, works excellently on BBQ with a hood.
