Each mignon weighs approx 250g; the perfect plate size :)
- Pre heat oven to 190 (180 fan-forced); place mignon in dish, roast for 20-25mins, until bacon is crispy and fillet cooked to your liking.
- Also works brilliantly: panfried and finished in the oven; or bbq'd (hot plate not grill).
