Free Range Chicken Breast Schnitzel
Free range whole chicken breast fillets, butterflied, dipped and crumbed; ready to be cooked 'til golden.
Free Range whole chicken breasts butterflied out and pounded to minute thickness. Dusted in rice flour; (makes a much better base, trust us, we've sacrificed ourselves on the test-tasting alter to find this out ;)) dipped in egg wash and coated in Panko crumbs. Pan fry, deep fry or oven-bake ‘til crispy; serve with a salad.
The perfect time saver for that mid-week meal (although, there is no day that couldn't be schnitzel day!).
