Black Pepper (cracked)
20g (equivalent to standard spice jar)
Black Pepper: already cracked for your convenience.
You're welcome.
Black pepper (Piper nigrum) is a flowering vine in the family Piperaceae, originating in south India and cultivated for its fruit, which is usually dried and used as a spice and seasoning. When dried, the fruit is known as a peppercorn.
Cracked black pepper is made by crushing the black peppercorns by hand using a mortar and pestle.
Its bold flavour and robust texture works in a finishing sprinkle and is a great addition to pretty much ANYTHING.
If in doubt. Add pepper.
