• Options are home delivery or pick up from our shop

• Minimum spend for delivery is $50; delivery will not show as an option during check out if this order is below this amount.

• Mostly it is NEXT DAY DELIVERY, so if you order, it will arrive the next day - this is Monday-Friday. There are no weekend deliveries.

• Cut off for next day delivery is 12PM THE DAY BEFORE. 

• A delivery charge applies, but it is a STANDARD FLAT RATE, this is included in the final total at checkout.

• Same day pick-up orders need to be placed by 9AM and can be picked up after 3PM. Any orders placed after 9AM are next day pick up. If you would like to pick up at a specific time, just call us to let us know, otherwise pick up is after 12PM that following day.

OTHER ORDER NOTES:

• Vincentia Craft Butchery & Providores reserves the right to change or substitute, if a product is unavailable. 

• When purchasing by weights - we strive to ensure all weights are generally slightly over, but meat and produce is a fickle thing and sometimes, a product may come in slightly under the purchased weight. If this is the case, we make sure the discrepancy is evened out in another product; i.e. broccoli (notoriously inconsistent!) may weigh 470g rather than the 500g purchased; however pumpkin in the same order, which we can cut to size, will make up the difference in the amount paid.
