P.O.T.A.T.O.E.S - another way to spell YUM

Potatoes: hugely versatile and a staple ingredient of many meals in one form or another - boiled, mashed, chipped or baked.

Sourced locally across the Shoalhaven, Far South Coast and a little from farmers in the Illawarra. They are grown under clear skies and fresh air, and enjoys hot sunny Summers and frosty Winters.

Medium to large in size, we tend to have Dutch Cream, Coliban and Desiree, sometimes Midnight Pearl

Our farmers use permaculture principles and their sowing, weeding and harvesting is all done by hand, without the use of  chemicals, pesticides or herbicides preferring green manure crops, compost and natural minerals for biological soil balancing.
