Onions: No kitchen on earth is complete without an onion variety or two. Onions can be found in almost every cuisine imaginable, and our brown onions, red onions, spring onions, leeks and other onion varieties will ensure you can create any dish you want.

Sourced locally across the Shoalhaven, Far South Coast and a little from farmers in the Illawarra. They are grown under clear skies and fresh air, and enjoys hot sunny Summers and frosty Winters.

Medium to large in size, and all ready for your next recipe

Our farmers use permaculture principles and their sowing, weeding and harvesting is all done by hand, without the use of  chemicals, pesticides or herbicides preferring green manure crops, compost and natural minerals for biological soil balancing.
