Found mid-point on the animal, and (along with cutlets) are some of most tender cuts of pork. Work perfectly grilled, bbq’d, pan-fried and even roasted.
 
Note: there are approx 4 standard loin chops to 1kg.
 
Try it:
  • Oven baked with rosemary and baby onions
  • Braised with maple syrup and Bourbon
  • Glazed, in an Asian-style plum sauce and served with steamed greens
  • Full of cidery goodness with poached apples and braised cabbage
  • Boned and rolled and roasted , with crackling and a raspberry glaze
