Lean Lamb Mince comes from the leg. Boned out and minced to specification (coarse, medium & fine) it is a perfect substitute when you are bored of beef. It has a rich flavour that can be paired with stronger herbs and spices, which makes it a perfect counterpart for many mediterranean and middle eastern dishes.
