Is there anything yummier than pork belly? (We personally don’t think so.) Whether spare ribs or whole belly, it's an easy to cook cut that yields beautiful soft flesh and crisp crackling when slow-roasted.
However you do it - slow roasted, bbq'ed or braised: it will be amazeballs.
Try it:
- Glazed with chai, orange juice and ginger, and bbq'd until delicious
- Marinated in a sticky hoisin sauce and roasted to perfection
- Smokey and delicious with a sweet mango salsa
- All Chefed up in a sweet and sour dish
- Distinctly Mediterranean with cannelloni beans and smoked paprika
Sourced from Nerriga, Braidwood & Moruya, our pork is free range and pasture-raised. Happy, stress-free pigs forage and root amongst the trees and open pasture whilst having access to nutritionally balanced feed of grains, protein, minerals and kelp powder, (because pigs can’t live on grass alone…) This makes for beautifully delicious meats.
