One of the most flavourful and tender premium cuts of beef. The Scotch Fillet (or Rib Eye), is taken from the forequarter, just up from the t-bone and sirloin.
Coming from the lightly worked upper rib area, with a delicate marbling of fat, it stays tender through most cooking making it ideal for so many recipes: stupendous as roast or slow roast; delicious when pan-fried and a perfect addition to any bbq.
Note: 1 rib eye/scotch fillet steak weighs approximately 250g

- Lemon-peppered with a delicious Caponata-style relish and salad greens;
